  Product Introduction   

Ceramic Abrasion Resistant Pipe Fittings consists of three layers: outer layer of steel pipe, corundum layer and wear lines ceramic bonding layer. The internal ceramic layer is white. Ceramics are generally 95 ceramics, with temperature resistance of 250 ℃, high wear resistance and long service life. The commonly used ceramic composite pipe lining ceramic plates include: ceramic block, dovetail mutual pressure, welding type, mosaic, card slot and other nm450 high wear-resistant steel plates. Ceramic Lined Steel Pipe adopts dislocation patch technology, so that the ceramic sheet is not easy to fall off.

   Wear resistance is equivalent to 20-30 times of high manganese steel

3. Light weight

   Magbao imported glue, bonding strength: 10Mpa, working temperature: -60℃ to +250℃, welding type, wear resistance up to 800℃
